This is a very good friend of mine's recipe. We love I always double the recipe. Cook time is the same. True comfort food, great with vanilla ice cream served a bit warm. Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup quick oats |
3/4 cup margarine |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced or chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
