This dish is perfect for pinic, bbq parties, holidays, etc. Ingredients:
1 lb. tricolor pasta; cooked & drained |
1 lg. onion; chopped |
5 stalks celery; chopped |
1 whole green pepper; seeded & chopped |
1 can pitted black olives; coarsely chopped |
(4-oz.) can mushroom (may use fresh) |
1 whole plum tomato; peeled and chopped |
(8-oz.) feta cheese; crumbled |
1/2 c. pine nuts (optional) |
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar |
1/2 c. olive oil |
