Darlas Frozen Fruit Salad

This is often served at Easter Sunday Brunch. It is great to have on hand for weekend company.
Ingredients:
1 ( 15oz. ) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 (15 oz. ) can apricot halves, drained
1 (8oz. )container of sour cream
1 ( 3 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, coarsely chopped ( i usually leave this out )
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Coarsely chop cherries and apricots. Set aside.
2. Stir together sour cream and next four ingredients in large bowl until blended.
3. Stir in fruit and pecans.
4. Spoon into 18 foil lined muffin cups
5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
6. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
7. I put 240 min of cook time but it is really freezer time.
