A richer, darker version of the Red Velvet. Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups chips ahoy cookies crushed |
3 tbsp butter, softened |

2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
4 tbsp. flour |
4 large eggs |
4 tbsp. chocovic-dark cocoa powder |
2 tea. vanilla |
1 tea. white vinegar |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Crust: 3. Blend crumbs and butter completely. 4. Butter sides and bottom of 10 spring-pan. 5. Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of pan. 6. Set in fridge. 7. Filling: 8. Blend cream cheese, suagr and four until smooth. 9. Add eggs one at a time. 10. Add cocoa powder. 11. Add vanilla, vinegar, buttermilk, and cream, mixing thoroughly. 12. Pour into prepared pan. 13. Bake at 450^ for 16 minutes. 14. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 15. Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving. |
