Scotch Whiskey flavored with burnt cashew and honey - for those who like the dark and bitter taste Ingredients:
30 pieces , cashew |
100 ml honey |
240 ml of scotch whiskey |
carbonated water |
Directions:
1. Preparation of fill - 3 months in advance 2. Over an open pan saute cashew - till they are slightly burnt. 3. You can use microwave as well. 4. Wait till they are at room temperature. 5. Fill 1/3 of an airtight container with cashew (above prepared). 6. Pour in honey and close the container. 7. Refrigerate if need be 8. Keep it safe for 3 months or more. 9. Now you are ready to with the flavored cashew. 10. In a wide mouth glass, take 1/4 of the mix. 11. Use little of carbonated water to untangle the mix. 12. Add your poison (Scotch Whiskey) 60 ml. 13. Stir a little. 14. Fill your glass with carbonated water 15. Cheers! to the Dark Burnt Taste. |
