This is considered a national Bermudian drink, second only to the Rum Swizzle. It's origins stem from the highly successful ginger beer factory in Bda! Ingredients:
2 ounces gosling black seal rum (to taste) |
6 ounces barritts ginger beer (or other spicy ginger beer as a substitute, to taste) |
Directions:
1. Simply add the rum to the chilled ginger beer according to your taste and tolerance. 2. Serve on the rocks! |
