Rich chocolate desert to die for! Ingredients:
half pound dark chocolate (suitable for cooking) |
2 tea spoons butter |
6 eggs |
2 table spoons port wine |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate together with butter in bain-marie. 2. Mix yolks with port wine. 3. Whip egg whites into a firm foam. 4. Now mix chocolate and yolks into a nice paste. 5. Gently incorporate the egg whites (meringue) on the chocolate paste. 6. Put it on a large bowl or 6 individual tiny bowls and cool it for at least 2 hours before serving. |
