A very dense rich and dark chocolate flavor with a hint of lemon. Ingredients:
chocolate crust from crust page. |
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 large eggs |
8 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled |
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled |
2 tbsp melted butter |
1 ounce lemon extract |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^. 2. Prepare crust in spring-pan. 3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Fold in melted chocolate and butter. 6. Add lemon extract and cream, mixing thoroughly. 7. Pour into prepared pan. 8. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes. 9. Let cool and refridgerate before serving. |
