Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 1/4 cups whole milk |
1 cup cocoa powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. beat egg substitute with sugar 2. heat milk and add egg mixture, beat in cocoa. 3. cook until mixture coats back of a spoon. 4. remove from heat. 5. combine 2 T sugar and 2 T water and boil until it darkens into a caramel. 6. Whisk caramel into chocolate base. Chill completely. 7. Freeze in ice cream maker. |
