2 cups heavy cream |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 lb bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, bring heavy cream, powdered sugar, and salt to a boil. 2. Remove from heat; add bittersweet chocolate, and let stand, without stirring, for 1 minute. 3. Whisk just until combined. 4. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until spreadable, about 1 hour. |
