This recipe is too simple for words-a great one for the children to make! Ingredients:
6 ounces plain flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
4 1/2 ounces butter |
3 ounces light muscovado sugar |
2 ounces caster sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 egg |
4 1/2 ounces dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Beat all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes at gas mark 5/190°C/375°F degrees. |
