Cherry syrup recipe Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounces cherries, a can of pitted dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Strain syrup from can of cherries into a medium saucepan. 2. Boil until reduced by half. 3. Stir in cherries, whipping cream and sugar and boil 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. 4. Serve at room temperature. |
