My son came upon this concoction about 5 years ago. Now he will make up a big batch when he is home on break and keep them in a ziploc in the refrigerator. Whole family loves 'em. I make them for parties and they get eaten up straight away. Sounds strange but tastes great!!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 lb hard salami
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on one side of salami, making sure to cover whole thing.
2. Roll-up, secure with toothpick. Continue with each slice.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Enjoy!
