Dannon's Banana Nut Winter Smoothie |

From a Dannon yogurt lid. Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cut banana into chunks and peel. 2. Add to blender with all of the rest of the ingredients but the nutmeg. 3. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. 4. Sprinkle with nutmeg. |
