Yogurt and fruit treat. Found on a Dannon yogurt container. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 fresh apple, cored |
1 banana, peeled |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
4 -6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately, sprinkling with extra cinnamon if desired. |
