Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 1/2 cups molasses
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
3 ounces active dry yeast
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/4 cups rye flour
3 1/2 cups white flour
Directions:

Stir ingredients together in bowl.

Let rise at least one hour.
3.
Let raise a second time.
4.
Shape into 2 loaves and let rise in pan.
5.
Bake at 400 degrees F until tops start to brown.
6.
Bake at 350 degrees F to finish.
