Danish Puffcake Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter, melted |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 cup whole milk |
3 tbsp lemon juice |
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 cup blackberries |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place a 12 inch overproof skillet with butter in oven. 2. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, salt and milk until a batter forms, 30 seconds. 3. Remove pan from oven and pour in batter. Return to oven and bake until pancake is puffy, golden and set, 18-20 minutes (if you have a 10 in pan it will take 20-22 minutes). 4. Serve from skillet or transfer to a plate, drizzle with melted butter, lemon juice, sugar or fruit. |
