Meat balls with a little kick. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1/3 cup ketchup |
2 tspn worcestershire sauce |
1/2 tspn salt |
1/8 tspn pepper |
3-4 dashes tabasco |
1/2 green pepper (minced fine) |

3/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
3 tbsn brown sugar |
1 1/2 tspn salt |
1 tspn pepper |
3-4 dashes tabasco |
2 tspn soy sauce |
2 tspn sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all indredients for the meat balls well & form into balls the size of walnuts. 2. Cook over low heat until done but not brown. 3. Sauce- 4. Simmer approximately 20 minutes. 5. Pour over meat balls. 6. Simmer 5-10 more minutes. |
