Danish Feta Cheese Broiled Tomatoes |

From the Black Hills Recipes book. Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, halved |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Core the tomatoes slightly (enough to fill but not to make a hole clear through) and sprinkle with pepper. 2. In a bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients. 3. Spoon into the tomatoes. 4. Broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown. |
