4 cucumbers, medium size |
2 tsp sea salt |
1/2 c white vinegar |
1/4 c splenda |
2 tbsp chopped dill |
1/4 tsp white pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut cucumber into paper thin slices. 2. Toss with salt 3. Marinate with 2 tsp salt at room temp 1 hour 4. Drain liquid from cucumber 5. Add remaining ingredients 6. Stir 7. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving |
