3 cups cabbage (shredded ) |
1/2 green pepper (chopped ) |
1/2 red pepper (chopped ) |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place vegetables together in a salad bowl. 2. Combine all the seasonings and spices and add to the vegetables, tossing well. 3. Add sugar, vinegar and oil and mix well. 4. Cover bowl and chill 1 hour. |
