Ingredients:
24 small new potatoes |
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped |
1/4 lb butter |
1 tablespoon caraway seed |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender in salted water. 2. Drain and peel potatoes. 3. Garnish with parsley and dill. 4. Serve with melted butter mixed with the caraway seeds. |
