1 cup blanched almond |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 large egg white, lightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Put almonds, sugar and butter into food processor. 2. Process until almonds are finely ground, scraping bowl as necessary. 3. Add almond extract and 2 Tbl of the beaten egg white. 4. Process until mixed. 5. Stor in airtight container in the refrigerator until needed (up to 1 week). 6. Bring to room temperature before using. |
