Ingredients:
1 bunch dandelion greens, washed, drained and trimmed |
3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped |
1 handful fresh dill |
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss together. |
