Easy spread you can make ahead of time -- great flavor! Ingredients:
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts |
1 cup fresh basil leaves |
2 cloves garlic |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place the pine nuts, basil, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Mix the cream cheese and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl until well blended, then stir in the pine nut mixture. |
