A wonderful cornbread exploding with creole flavor. Once you start, you can't stop! Ingredients:
1 bag crawfish tails |
1 can creamstyle corn |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper |
2 chopped jalapenos |
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 box jiffy cornbread mix |
1 stick of melted butter |
3 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon of salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingedients together. 2. bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until edges are golden brown. |
