A wonderful cornbread exploding with creole flavor. Once you start, you can't stop!
Ingredients:
1 bag crawfish tails
1 can creamstyle corn
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 chopped jalapenos
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick of melted butter
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix all ingedients together.
2. bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
