Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten |
2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 cup damson plum preserves |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, sugar, butter, and preserves in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie completely before serving. |
