My replica of an exquisite salad I recently had at a local Persian restaurant. If you have never had this type of cuisine you are really missing out!
Ingredients:
romaine hearts, sliced
organic mixed greens
campari tomatoes, sliced
english or persian cucumber, thinly sliced
toasted walnuts
easter radish, thinly sliced
green onion, thinly sliced on a diagonal
fresh mint and fresh dill
pomegranate paste/molasses
feta cheese (i used bulgarian)
Directions:
1. Arrange all salad ingredients into serving bowl.
2. Serve with feta and pomegranate paste.
