My replica of an exquisite salad I recently had at a local Persian restaurant. If you have never had this type of cuisine you are really missing out! Ingredients:
romaine hearts, sliced |
organic mixed greens |
campari tomatoes, sliced |
english or persian cucumber, thinly sliced |
toasted walnuts |
easter radish, thinly sliced |
green onion, thinly sliced on a diagonal |
fresh mint and fresh dill |
pomegranate paste/molasses |
feta cheese (i used bulgarian) |
Directions:
1. Arrange all salad ingredients into serving bowl. 2. Serve with feta and pomegranate paste. |
