I have no idea why my mom named this 'dirt dip' but it is one of my favorites. I hate black olives and still scarf this down. Every time I make it, it is gone in a flash. It looks like a salsa, and is good on tortilla chips, but doesn't tase like any salsa you've ever tried. Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes, diced |
3 -4 green onions, diced |
4 ounces chopped black olives |
4 ounces green chilies, undrained |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in order. 2. Serve with chips. |
