Great dressing makes this a full meal or great addition to an afternoon lunch. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup raisins |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
3 bunches cutup broccoli florets |
1 cup sliced red grapes |
1 bunch sliced green onion |
1/2 lb bacon bits |
1/3 cup almonds or 1/3 cup walnuts or 1/3 cup pecans |
1/2 cup julien carrot |
Directions:
1. Make dressing 5 hours ahead of time to serve. 2. Stir over 6 items and serve. |
