dhal 1 cup |
1 big brinjal long stripes |
1 large potato cubes |
mutton or lamb half kilo |
cinnamon 2 sticks |
cardamom 2 |
ginger garlic paste |
1 big onion sliced |
2 tomatoes quartered |
2 tsp chilli pwd |
1 tsp meat pwd |
screw pine leaves , mint leaves |
1 cup lo fat evaporate milk |
Directions:
1. Cook dhal , vege and the mutton withs alt seperately . 2. fry the onion with cinnamon , cardamom , gin - gar paste , chilli pwd , meat pwd . 3. Add the tomatoes , screw pine leaves , mint leaves . 4. Add the dhal and mash with a ladle 5. Add the mutton 6. and the milk . when boil add the vege 7. boil 3 mins and serve |
