Curry dat can be used as a dip or side dish with any main staple food
Ingredients:
dhal 1 cup
1 big brinjal long stripes
1 large potato cubes
mutton or lamb half kilo
cinnamon 2 sticks
cardamom 2
ginger garlic paste
1 big onion sliced
2 tomatoes quartered
2 tsp chilli pwd
1 tsp meat pwd
screw pine leaves , mint leaves
1 cup lo fat evaporate milk
Directions:
1. Cook dhal , vege and the mutton withs alt seperately .
2. fry the onion with cinnamon , cardamom , gin - gar paste , chilli pwd , meat pwd .
3. Add the tomatoes , screw pine leaves , mint leaves .
4. Add the dhal and mash with a ladle
5. Add the mutton
6. and the milk . when boil add the vege
7. boil 3 mins and serve
