Ingredients:
2 pound(s) chicken drumsticks |
3 large potatoes peeled and cubed into 2 inch pieces |
2 onions, diced |
1/4 cup(s) gochujang |
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce |
1/4 cup(s) minced garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
4 cup(s) water |
chili garlic paste, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large pot, mix together gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Add in chicken and onion and mix together. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil for 20 min. Add in potatoes and boil another 20 min. Serve with basmati rice. |
