Very creamy and delicious. Perfect for Shavuos. Ingredients:
16 ounces noodles, cooked |
3/4 cup margarine, melted |
6 eggs, lightly beaten |
2 cups milk |
2 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons apricot jam |
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar |
1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs |
1/4 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix melted margarine, eggs, milk, sugar, jam, and vanilla sugar. 2. Pour over noodles. 3. Pour noodles into a 9x13-inch pan. 4. Mix cornflake crumbs and margarine into crumbs. 5. Sprinkle over the noodles. 6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. |
