Dairy Free, Soy Free Protein Shake

A dairy and soy free alternative to milk shakes which I developed when I was run out of almond milk and rice milk. I used almond butter, but you can use peanut butter or cashew butter as well. The whey protein I use is microfiltrated whey protein which is completely lactose and casein free.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon almond butter, or
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/3 banana, frozen
1 tablespoon blueberries, frozen
1 cup water
artificial sweetener, to taste (optional)
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy and fluffy.
