This is the base for my daily salads. It makes it easier to enter into the log. Ingredients:
1/2 head romaine lettuce |
1/4 small red onion |
1/2 cup red bell pepper |
1/2 medium cucumber |
2 medium radish |
10 ml olive oil |
25 ml lemon juice |
Directions:
1. chop or slice the ingredients and top with the favorite protein and salad dressing. |
