Very similar to Pizzagna, this requires ingredients you probably already have, or can grab at the store for $10 or less (depending on how many you feed). The best part - no waiting on noodles to cook! Just throw it in your dish and you're good to go!
Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas (use more if using smaller styles) or 10 corn tortillas (use more if using smaller styles)
1 (11 ounce) jar pizza sauce (or homemade if you prefer)
1/2-1 lb cheese (your preference on amount and type)
cooking spray
pepperoni
mushroom
sliced olive
ham, etc. (toppings should be thin, and no more than 3 per dish)
Directions:
1. Turn the oven on to 375 degrees.
2. Apply cooking spray on bottom of pan and place a layer of tortillas down. If Tortillas are bigger than pan, tear in half and put torn ends on edge. Make sure base layer covers the pan (should take no more than 5).
3. Spread pizza sauce over tortillas.
4. If you are applying multiply toppings, add one here, if not, add cheese.
5. Repeat until you have filled the pan.
6. Put the dish in and cook for 15 minutes, or until cheese on top turns golden brown.
