Ingredients:
3 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise |
4 (2 1/2-ounce) submarine rolls |
2 tablespoons spicy hot mustard |
8 small green leaf lettuce leaves |
4 (1-ounce) slices smoked turkey breast, cut in half diagonally |
4 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free swiss cheese, cut in half diagonally |
4 slices small red onion |
4 (1-ounce) slices turkey ham, cut in half diagonally |
4 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free sharp cheddar cheese, cut in half diagonally |
4 gherkin pickles |
Directions:
1. Spread mayonnaise evenly on top half of each roll. Spread mustard evenly on bottom half of each roll. Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom of each roll; top with 2 half slices of smoked turkey. Layer Swiss cheese, onion, lettuce, turkey ham, and Cheddar cheese on lettuce, dividing evenly among rolls. Place top of roll on cheese. 2. Secure 1 pickle on top of each sandwich with a wooden pick. |
