This is a yummy way to fix cabbage.....good with cornbread.... Ingredients:
1 pound country sausage (hot) |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1 medium head cabbage, chopped |
1 qt tomatoes |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage, bell pepper and onion in skillet. 2. Partially cook cabbage in a quart of water. 3. Add tomatoes and sausage mixture; add salt and pepper. 4. Cook for 30 minutes to an hour.. |
