Dad's Winter Warmer

Authentic old recipe handed down by my grandmother :)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg clarified butter
1 kg chickpea flour
1/2 kg semolina
1/2 kg almonds
1/2 kg pistachios
1/2 kg cashews
1/2 kg walnuts
1/2 kg raisins
1 kg sugar
Directions:
1. Heat 0.5 Kg clarified butter and roast gram flour. When you can smell the aroma remove from stove and keep aside.
2. Take 0.25 Kg Clarified butter and roast semolina in it do the same as above.
3. Roast all the nuts.
4. Mix all the items including sugar and keep mixing it on slow heat till sugar is dissolved.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Put in small muffin cups while its hot.
