Makes 8, 1/2 cup waffles in a waffle iron.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 3/4 cups milk

1/8 cup oil

2 cups flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

4 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Mix together, and pour into waffle iron! easy as that! I cut down the oil, so you may need to use no-stick spray to prevent it from sticking to the waffle iron.
