A great way to prepare corn on the cob, this intensifies the sweetness and pairs very well with the butter. Ingredients:
6 ears fresh, husk-on corn |
1/2 cup unsalted, very soft butter |
1 tbsp bbq seasoning |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Soak ears of corn 8 minutes in cold water. 2. Preheat BBQ to medium. 3. Dry off corn husks and place on hot grill. 4. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes. Turn every 4 minutes. 5. Combine butter, BBQ seasoning and salt in a bowl. 6. Serve butter with corn. |
