My dad's home-made pizza dough recipe - very secret! I use whole wheat flour, but white flour is the actual recipe.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. Pour 1 packet yeast into large mixing bowl. Add warm, but not hot water. Let yeast disolve a little, then use a spatula to blend.
2. Add oil (olive or canola), salt and 1/2 cup of flour. Mix well.
3. Add up to 2 more cups of flour depending on the weather - the more humid, the less flour you need. Add flour about 1/2 cup at a time and blend well. About the last 1/2 cup, use your hands to kneed the dough - if it's still really sticky, add more flour. If it's only mildly sticky, you're done.
4. Grease a large Tupperware bowl, bottom and sides. Place 1 cup of water in the microwave for 1 minute.
5. Put dough in greased bowl first one side, then the other to coat it. Cover top with paper towel.
6. When the microwave stops, move the water cup to the back and put the dough bowl in the microwave.
7. Set a timer for 1 hour for the dough to raise.
8. Dough can be left in microwave for a few hours, but should be covered and put in the fridge if not being used right away. Can be kept in fridge up to 2 days.
9. When ready to use, cover a large area with a sprinkling of flour. Pat the raised dough down a bit then pull it out of the bowl and place on the flour, one side then the other.
10. Roll out to about a 12-14 diameter circle. Move to a pizza pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

12. Add ingredients - don't use too much pizza/pasta sauce as it will drown the crust.
