Ingredients:
1 cup(s) rice, uncooked |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) celery, chopped |
1/2 cup(s) onion, chopped |
1 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup(s) chicken broth |
1/3 cup(s) water |
1-2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce or worchestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Sauté rice in butter, 2 minutes (hot and fast). 2. Remove and put on power towel to drain the butter out. 3. Separately, cook celery and onion, 2 minutes (hot and fast). Add rice and mushrooms, stirring constantly. 4. Add broth, water, sauce, and parsley. Stir. Lower heat to medium. 5. Cover and cook for 25 minutes or till absorbed. |
