My dad use to use this on everything that he grilled on the old charcoal grill. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons paprika |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon mustard powder |
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon thyme |
1 tablespoon basil |
2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredientsin an air tight container. 2. Use on any and all meat. 3. Adds a great flavor to the meat if you season and let meat marinate in fo 30 minutes. |
