This is the best iced tea, I have ever had. It is not too sweet, not too strong. It's perfect. My dad makes it, and he probably learned from my grandmother, because, they both make the best. If your tea gets cloudy after being in the fridge, just add a little bit of boiling water. Ingredients:
3 regular tea bags or 1 family-size tea bag |
2 cups boiling water |
2 cups water |
1/4-1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Warm your teapot or glass or ceramic saucepan by rinsing it with boiling water. Place Place tea bag(s) in pot. Pour boling water over bags. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags, add sugar, stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in 2 cups of water. |
