dad made this dish alot for us growing up. it's easy, cheap comfort food at it's best Ingredients:
2 cups chili cheese corn chips |
1 lb ground chuck |
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, drained |
1 onion, diced |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard |
2 cups shredded cheese, blend |
1 (5 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Put half of the corn chips in a cassserole dish. 2. Brown hamburger. 3. mix everything but cheese and corn chips and spread over chips. 4. Add remaining Chips. 5. Top with cheese and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. |
