Dad's Favorite Sunshine Salad |

This salad is delicious enough to eat as a main course. It's great when served with chicken or BBQ pork as well. Ingredients:
1/2 lb baby spinach (fresh loose) |
3 (6 ounce) cans mandarin oranges (drained ) |
10 ounces purple seedless grapes |
6 ounces sunflower seeds (roasted and salted variety) |
8 ounces fried chinese noodles (dry packaged chun king or wonton) |
1 ounce raisins |
Directions:
1. Wash spinach and pat dry. Toss in a large bowl with washed grapes and the drained oranges. Add the sunflower seeds, noodles and raisins last, gently tossing it a bit. Use Soy Vei dressing or your favorite asian sesame dressing. |
