Pillsbury Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
8 buns, split |
8 lettuce leaves |
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. 2. In a big bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and pepper until well blended. 3. Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 3/4-inch thick. 4. Place patties on prepared grill; cover grill, cook over medium heat 13-15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in the center of patties reads 160°. 5. Layer buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and burger patties. 6. If desired, serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions. |
