A yummy spread that my dad makes every year for Passover. Ingredients:
3 apples - peeled, cored, and diced |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup kosher red wine (such as manischewitz®) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Stir the apples, walnuts, pecans, and wine together in a large bowl. Season with cinnamon, stir, and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes. |
