1. Filling: Add Sliced Apple or Strawberry and lessen amount of sugar, if you want. 2. cups rhubarb 3. cup sugar 4. Topping: Add pecans/walnuts and or oats to make a thicker topping. Also add nutmeg for flavor... 5. cup flour 6. /4 cup sugar (brown is excellent) 7. /4 tsp cinnamon 8. pinch salt (even if butter is salted) 9. tbsp butter 10. Bake in a 8x8 pan at 350 deg for 45 min. For normal people with big appetites, double the recipe and put it in a 9x13 pan or a 10x15 pan. Bake the same. |
